Who runs this website
This website (VB Web Studio) belongs to Blas Vega, who provides web design and development services from Santa Fe, Argentina. For any question about this policy, email [email protected].
What data is collected and why
- Contact form: your name, email, business name (optional) and message. Used only to reply to you and, if we move forward, to prepare your proposal.
- WhatsApp (+54 9 341 718-5868) and email: if you reach out that way, your details are used only to talk about your project.
- Payments: processed by PayPal (or Mercado Pago in Argentina). This website never sees or stores your card details.
- Analytics: visits are measured in aggregate (how many people visit and which buttons they click), without identifying you.
Who it is shared with
Your data is never sold or rented. These third-party services are used to run the site and handle data under their own policies:
- FormSubmit, which delivers form messages by email.
- Netlify, which hosts the website.
- PayPal and Mercado Pago, for payments.
- Google Analytics and Google Fonts, for analytics and typography.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation or project lasts, and up to 2 years afterwards so support can be provided.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. Requests are handled within the time limits set by Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
